Learn how to cook Thai dishes with Ranida “Sunshine” Thammarin in a former church converted into event space and residential. We will learn about ingredients and techniques and will get hands-on-experience and guidance to make an appetizer, entrée and dessert. Menu will consist of Tom Yum Gai, Pad Thai Shrimp, Kanom Krook plus wine provided by MAX. Cooks likely can switch between chicken and shrimp for the soup and entrée. We eat what we cook!
The class is located at 439 Guerrero Street, off 16th Street, in the Inner Mission. The 16th/Mission Street BART Station is 2.5 blocks away.
