Join us for one of the nation’s premiere theater-going experiences with our Oregon Shakespeare Festival Weekend Getaway on Memorial Day weekend (Friday, May 25 -Monday, May 28).
On our journey to and from Ashland, we’ll sample an eclectic set of experiences, from visiting “one of America’s top 10 coolest towns” -- Jacksonville, Oregon – to getting some R&R at clothing-optional Jackson Wellsprings. Along the way, we’ll treat ourselves with a lunch stop at Deep Crater Lake and sample some Oregon wines on the Applegate Valley Wine Trail.
In Ashland, we’ll visit the Oregon Shakespeare Festival, the world-renowned repertory theater, where we’ll take in two performances: the groundbreaking staging of Rodgers and Hammerstein’s Oklahoma! using same-sex couples as the leads, and an adaptation of the Jane Austen classic Sense and Sensibility.
The package includes transportation, beautiful accommodations at B&B-style lodgings, and tickets to both shows -- a $700 value.
